What hair does Luxshine use?
Every Luxshine order is made from 100% Vietnamese Remy human hair. The cuticles are kept intact and aligned in the same direction from root to tip, so the hair stays smooth, tangle-free and natural-looking through every wash and style.
Can I build my own brand with Luxshine (OEM & ODM)?
Yes. We support partners end to end — product development, customization of length, weight, color, texture and construction, private labeling, custom packaging and bulk manufacturing — so you can launch products under your own brand.
How does the ordering process work?
Six simple steps: contact us with your requirements, receive a 1:1 quotation, confirm your invoice, make payment, we produce and quality-check your order, then we pack and ship with a tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union and Visa/debit card. A minimum 30% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance settled once your order is ready.
How long does production take and how do you ship?
Ready-stock items ship in about 1–2 days; custom orders take approximately 10–15 days. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS, and send a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
